I can't find the Greek Text Below my usual setting is 0 pixels now I can not adjust it

If it does not exist, how do I force the viewing of text as lines to true view of the text shapes?
I have set paragraph text at 2 point in 2019 update 2 and it is not greeked. Of course you have to be at 200% to see it as type but it even at 1 point 250% allows you to read it.
