CorelDRAW 2019 stops responding when I try to use the artistic media tool preset. I have to close the program using Windows Task Manager. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix?

I appreciate your response. In trying to replicate the problem, I find that CorelDRAW is no longer freezing. I sometimes wonder if problems are caused by processes working in the background that I don't intentionally activate.
