I have CorelDraw 2019 and I Draw a Shape and go to Export it.
But the Export Window does not have the Setting to Adjust the Size in Hight and Width like CorelDraw 11 Did.
Or am I missing something?
If you look at the image below you'll see that in the bottom right-hand corner there are settings for "Transformation". By default these options are hidden so you will have to click on the arrow to expand the menu. These should be the options you're looking for. Also, remember that you can make the window larger by dragging one of the corners out to reveal more of the dialog window or maximize it like you would any window.
