I have CorelDraw 2019 and I can not Find the Nudge Space Setting?
In the default workspace, the control for nudge distance is present on the Property bar that is displayed when nothing is selected:
One of the first things i do, if not importing my own custom workspace, is dragging that icon to the main toolbar so it's available all the time even when something is selected. I use the nudge for many functions to include macros.

I use nudge (and super-nudge, and micro nudge), but I also use my Mover macro for some stuff like that.
I find it useful to have the user-customizable lists of values in the comboboxes. Unlike the nudge value, it's not tied to the document, so the same value lists are available when working on any document.
