Very frustrated with Customer service, I could not understand one thing this lady was telling me. I have a damaged computer and need to download on new laptop. They sent me a downlink but have used all available downloads. No way to uninstall from old laptop. Now I think she said a tech will call me. This doesn't help me tonight one bit..
Maybe if you sign in to your account on coreldraw.com, then "Your products" and "Product Status and Subscriptions", and then click "Manage", you should be able to select the damaged computer and remove it from active installations.
