I just got the Mac version and it is like learning new software I don't understand why we can not customize the tool bars as need it I understand that some shortcut will be a problem but I need my icons on the tool bars.
Illustrator an Photoshop are able to do it, how can we do it in CorelDraw?

I read the answer form Gerard and that didn't say anything. Thats like you going to the mechanic after buying a new car and asking why does it make that noise and they say oh well because it just does.
I could not find anything in Corel draw showing how to customize your tools. Thats why I keep saying that this is extremely dissatisfying!!! especially for the price they are asking. I rather keep using windows in parallels and using Corel in that system. besides it runs faster. its super sad that Corel didn't take their time to do things right.

Nothing like being absolutely clear and unequivocal is there. Gerard alludes to it, but its been left to others to extract the information, (see other posts), no you cannot customise the workspace.
Corel now need to 'fess up and make it clear why and what their intentions are for the future.
To make it clear, the first version for macOS does not allow for custom workspaces and customization of shortcut keys. It is something that will be looked at for future versions.
So why did Corel put a product that is 75% complete? Again that's like a car manufacture selling a new car but without carpet well just because they were in a hurry to release it. its just bad business.
I'd say that was a pretty high priority. PDQ. The efficiencies of CorelDraw are vastly improved by the users ability to streamline the UI to particular requirements.
I received an email from tech support at Corel admitting that they knew those options were not going to be available. COREL! WHY WOULD YOU SELL A PRODUCT THAT YOU KNOW IS NOT COMPLETE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Even in it's incomplete form, it's probably still good enough to impress the kind of user who is raving about Serif's Affinity Designer. But I wonder if they will be willing to pay the cost of Coreldraw when they can get Affinity Designer for $50.00. People who need Coreldraw for real productivity are going to keep using it with Parallels Desktop.
