HELP Corel Draw will not download to my iMac computer, and tech support isn't helping?

Help please, 

So for the last week I have been trying to download graphic suite to my iMac,  every time it gives me the same thing downloading 0MB of 0GB. Corel tech support hasn't been helpful at all, hope someone here can be of assistance.
