Hi there. Both HQ's (1400KM apart) are experiencing this issues since upgrading to CorelDraw 2019. Whether we try to edit artistic or paragraph text, as soon as you doubleclick to edit text it de-selects and remove focus (selects the bounding box for the text). I'm also unable to create new artistic text, and as soon as I try to create paragraph text tho original problem persists.
Would those having issues editing text be able to provide the workspaces you are importing for further investigation? If you would prefer not to post them here, you can send them to me directly: sharon.potts@corel.com.
Please indicate the version the workspace was originally created in.

Already posted this below, but I'll put it here again to be sure. This was made in 2018, but when I manually recreated it in 2019 I still had the same issue.
