Hi Zafer,
Which OS are you using and is it 32 or 64-bit?
Win 10 64 bit. I created a new windows install on a different drive and it worked there so unless I can find a solution, I’m going to open and backdate my files and stay with 2018 for a while.
Windows 10 pro n
The issue:
Unable to load VGCore. Error Code : 126 or Unable to load PhotoPaintCore.dll. Error Code : 126
occurs in Windows 10 "N" Edition and Windows Server 2012 R2. Corel is aware of the situation and has a fix which will be made available soon.
Note:
Windows 10 N editions are specifically designed for Europe and Switzerland to comply with the European law. The N stands for Not with Media Player and does not come with Windows Media Player pre-installed.The N and KN editions of Windows 10 include the same functionality as Windows 10, except for media-related technologies (Windows Media Player) and certain preinstalled media apps (Music, Video, Voice Recorder, and Skype). You must install other software from Microsoft or another company for this communication functionality and to play or create audio CDs, media files, and video DVDs, to stream music, and to take and store pictures. New features such as Cortana, Windows Hello, and PDF viewing in the new Edge browser rely on Windows Media files that are not present in these editions.
Regards,
Eric
Are you saying installing media player is a solution?
No, that won't fix it. An upcoming patch from Corel will fix the issue. It is something wrong with the code.
I tried to install the 'v21' version, but that still gives problems in the W10 pro N
I installedmwith the L (log) oprion. anyone who could finf the problem in this log""My_Log.txt
Harry,
1. Restart your OS
2. Go to https://www.coreldraw.com/en/support/updates/?_ga=2.65779950.1378044154.1558103701-685338281.1552918100#cdgs-2019
3. Install Update 1
4. Relaunch CorelDRAW 2019
Hi Harry,
I have read the thread once again and earlier (23 days) ago you said you were getting the VGCorel error. That means you have successfully installed CDGS 2019 on your system, right? And you attempted to launch CorelDRAW or PP? The log file provided I believe shows the install did not complete successfully but I could be wrong. Could you shed some light on that, please?
Ensure your OS is fully updated and no pending updates are awaiting a reboot. If that is OK have you had a chance to follow my directions provided earlier today?
I have been trying several times, got a bit angry and fed up with it.
I really do not understand this, the more I installed it on the same machine, in windows pro [non N] withput problems
the update only is for:
Update 1 is now available for CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2019 64-bit version for Windows (x64). Enjoy enhanced functionality that lets you open and save CorelDRAW (.CDR) files to the Corel CLOUD.

Offering fixes for a number of customer-reported issues as well as direct access to Corel Cloud, Update 1 will improve your experience with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2019.
CorelDRAW.app, a web-based graphics app available exclusively to CorelDRAW Graphics Suite users, is now integrated with CorelDRAW. You can save CDR files created in CorelDRAW.app or CorelDRAW to Corel Cloud, an online storage for files, and then open these files in either one of the applications. For example, you can create a design in CorelDRAW.app, save it as a CDR file to Corel Cloud, and later edit the design in CorelDRAW, taking advantage of its wide array of editing tools. You can save the edited file to Corel Cloud directly from CorelDRAW, and then open and annotate the file in CorelDRAW.app on any device. The annotated file can later be opened in CorelDRAW from Corel Cloud for further editing.
To open a file from Corel Cloud in CorelDRAW, click File > Open from Corel Cloud. To save a file to Corel Cloud, click File > Save to Corel Cloud. The first time you access Corel Cloud from CorelDRAW, you will be prompted to sign in with the password associated with your Corel account. You need to sign in only once a year.
