Plain and simple, zooming or panning in 2019 CorelDraw leads to portions of the displayed object area to be blanked out. Zooming out and back restores this obvious display buffering failure... but as soon as the zoom in is done again, or a pan is done, then blank out..
I have the same problem with scrolling. Can anyone from Corel help out here?

no, nobody at corel can help you with this, its a BIGGGGGG BUGGGGG in 2019 with no plans to be fixed.
Are you serious? That's insane. I lose so much productivity because of this. I'd go back to 2018 but a lot of my files have been converted to 2019.
sorry, i can' say for sure that it will not be a fix for this bugggggg, but its now a few months after the 2019 release and we have already 2 updates, and still no fix for this buggggg.
Yes I have noticed this also. Very annoying. Only zooming out/back refreshes the screen. I can't believe nobody noticed this in Beta.
