When using coreldraw outline trace on this image then background around the image turns transparent but any white background such as inside the wheels or between the arms and the bike remain in white. How do I turn all the background transparent.

Under the CorelTRACE dialog, when you choose "remove background" you have the option for "remove color from the entire image"
Hi thanks for the reply but this is what happens.
This is the screen shot from the colours box
you have 3 "white" colors, select all 3 (using Ctrl key) and choose "merge"
I get that all the time for all my traces I make sure the "Group by colors" box is ticked. Then in object manager I delete the white groups. Or as Ariel suggested start merging similar colors.
EDIT: Another way for this kind of trace is to make sure its a gray scale image. Set the contrast so as the white background is all the same white before you trace.
