Sincerly, it's a bad idea if this goes out to print. In this scenario you have TIC of 400% which is way too much.

Don't use C:100 M:100 Y:100 K:100 for print. Never. That means 400% of ink and it's a big issue on printing (one of the worst problems). Moreover, you don't need it. The "gray outline" is just for view...

What do you mean with "color models"? RGB/CMYK? or something else.

(i'm using CMYK colors)

Yes cmyk is a color model. Try turning on your color proof setting and turning off map gray to cmyk and preserve pure black.

Still the same problem after unchecking both. but i recognize that it has the same grayish look, when i'm just turning on the color proof setting.

(i can't send this banner to print before this problem is solved. what do i missing?)
