Respected Developers
Really & Truly with immense pleasure and privilege i would like to give my 5 years strive for A PERFECT WORKSPACE
which i designed with numerous layouts trails. At last i finally came to one final Layout which is awesome and is very
much useful to everybody.
It does not have
1) No menus
2) No toolbox
3) No complex Shortcuts
My sincere request is that despite of putting it aside please use atleast a week and compare with the default layout.
My question is how to send this to Developers. Really its a worthy only that much i can say. I am not a programmer.
but i always think user level and what is needed what is not needed.
at first set i wanted to sale, but do not know how to. Atleast somehow i will be benefitted out of my financial issues.
i am a feelancer no job.
Hence sir please suggest
And everyone should be using this car because it has everything you'll ever need.
Except the step ladder!
Ok sir. Despite of commenting on me.... Two straight questions,
1) can you work in coreldraw without using the Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Ctrl+Alt, Shift+Ctrl.... or other combinations.
2) Can you assign a shortcut without the above combinations on all the commands that are existed in the coreldraw.
Whereas.... I am sir
1) I use every command assigned into a shortcut. Its purely key combinations. No Complex Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Ctrl+Alt, Shift+Ctrl.... or other combinations.
Its sure and confident.
You never know since you have not used sir.
I am the only one person whom is using the coreldraw at most and in unique way.... Truly a faster way. That's for sure.
my current workspace
No No NoNo No NoNo No NoNo No NoNo No No sir
I will not use any Ctrl, Shift, Alt or any combinations.....
I use only alphabets for combinations, and that too assigned to all the coreldraws commands without leaving one.
is it possible for you to assign all the commands without leaving a single command using the only alphabets. You are speaking generally that is available with coreldraw. But its not that.
see this....
This is the only menu is existed in my workspace and no other toolbox or menus or complex shortcuts existed. Sir i struggled and strived for 5 years to create this. Not a regular one that you are hoping or saying.
Hope you understand my strive
oh my god.... its a very messy sir. anyhow its ok. sir what is the beanth alphabets bar. what it is for
The alphabet bar gives me quick links to client files by last name instead of open/navigate through several network directories etc.
Red X icon (top right) is a macro to close without saving
arrows on top right are macros for moving 1 shape along another
SD = select all dimensions whereby allowing me to size the text accordingly, as well as, setting the outline thickness
QC = quick cut macro. Exports shapes/text for cutting. I then go to the pc that runs the plotter and don't have to navigate to find the actual file.
scissor icon = macro to move items to "cut" layer
up arrow icon = macro to move between layers without deselecting the current selection
various icons to drop in common shapes used in the sign industry
left tool bar red square with "R" = icon to set registration marks and layers for plotter
above that one is an icon to make weed lines for text
icon to "delete empty layers" (adobe users are layer crazy)
icon to delete empty pages
icons to divide shapes horizontally or vertically
CC icon = ClearClipboard macro
Red circle icon = create ellipse on shape/s
icon to label colors
........point is I have customized my workspace to fit what I do. One cannot create a workspace to suit all facets of design.
some of my shortcut keys (already know the most common)
x = toggle between views (wireframe/enhanced)
w = assigned to create boundary
I'm already understand you, but you didn't understand me. You didn't like to use Ctrl, alt, Shif, and I understand your workspace doesn't have menus or complex shortcuts. I don't say that your workspace is wrong, What I say is that I use a different workspace, also customized, some single-key shortcuts, and other using Ctrl, Alt, etc. I didn't say that I have the same workspace than you. Your workspace is far much more customized than mine.
pkg_sriram said:You are speaking generally that is available with coreldraw. But its not that.
No, I'm not speaking about the default shortcuts of CorelDRAW. Yes, the program includes a few single-key shortcuts, for example for align, but I talk about to replace default shortcuts for a single-key shortcuts, for example, Q instead Ctrl+Q
just curious... How do you apply paragraph styles while using the Text tool?
Myron sir, one request
consider to give some work from your side and see whether i meet your needs in time or not. If really pleased consider for a work sir.
