Has this been changed in 2019? I use this all the time and now am only getting.
Haven't seen any settings on this anywhere, it just always worked by default. Thoughts?
Right-clicking while dragging to move (or to scale, or rotate, or skew) works as expected for me in 2019 to create a copy during the operation.
The right-click turns it into a copy operation, but I can do that at any time during the drag; doesn't have to be at the destination. Releasing the left mouse button is what triggers the "I'm done" for the operation.
In comparison, hitting the spacebar while dragging to move, scale, etc. produces a copy "on the fly" with each press of the spacebar, and allows multiple copies in the same operation.
Interesting. It works as expected with my mouse. I have always used my pen/tablet and that's where the right click isn't creating a copy.
Thanks for the info. Had no idea the space bar would create a copy. Although, it is creating two copies for each click. Must have something wonky somewhere :-)
