I apologize if this is old school or has been covered elsewhere. I have many fonts installed in my Windows font folder, but I am unable to access any of them through CorelDraw 2019. If anyone can provide steps for me on how I can access my desired fonts, please be kind and share.
TIA
Strange. And you said you had tried to restored the database by holding F8 while starting Corel Font Manager 2019?
Yes, strange!I know and I just don't get it. YES, I have tried several times to open Font Manager holding F8.
I sure wish Corel would help me out. Calling doesn't help; they create a ticket. Tickets do not help; by the time they call they don't understand the problem.

pretty typical...that's why I don't use them... they are TOTALLY WORTHLESS and nothing but pure frustration and a LOT of wasted time. Not to mention the THICK foreign accents and condescending attitudes which make it so difficult on top of that. They talk to you like your stupid or something... yet personally I LIVE and DIE by computers, been using CorelDraw since V1 and VERY FLUENT in computer technology. I figure my problems out 99% of the time.. but v2019 cannot be until Corel FIXES what they broke with it.
I agree that 2019 needs to have serious programming improvements to get back to where 2018 is.
Also not just Corel but many companies and government agencies need to address language barriers. Support needs to be useful and the customer is not a bad guy because they cannot understand a person who speaks with an unreasonable accent.
Thanks ajwh! I had the issue with my corelx19 and I had no idea that Font Manager was even active, and I certainly had no idea about the F8 start. After making sure my other corel sofware was closed, this reset solved my issue.
