Problem with font type settings as standard and printing

Hello community,

I have a question concerning font types. It seems the font type "Helvetica" can not be set as standard. Also when printing documents with "Helvetica" texts, these texts are not shown at all. With all other font types there is no problem. Unfortunately I have to use "Helvetica" for my work. Maybe someone already has an idea.
