Not only 2019 is crashy, same with all old versions.
Actually just for v2019 (2 updates) and latest Trial with 2 updates built in for WINDOWS ONLY. ; )
To distinguish the immediate CRASH problems from real users of 2019. 2019 also has many other bugs, but the CRASHING is priority in order to work without interruption or loss of work like other past stable versions.
POLL is meant to get a general idea of the severity of crashing, sudden disappearance with or without error dialog. It is not meant to trash the software, but to raise awareness if it truly is a problem among many different users in hopes to fix what a great program CorelDraw is and to get it back to that state.
Hi, I can't say yes, but it crashes, out of no doubt, more than all the other versions I've used.
PhotoPAINT crashes very often. Ridiculous. But CorelDRAW luckily, when it crashes when saving, it always has the time to finish saving. But when it crashes randomly, you never see it coming. After both updates, I can't make out when... It's just random. No warning...just POP! Application closed.
To my use, I'd say it crashes once or twice a week. I work nearly 10 to 16 hours a day, five days a week.
For me, 2018 with its updates, was almost flawless. By far, the best version I've used.
It would be most helpful if information could be provided about the crashes. What were the steps/actions taken? Does it always occur with the same actions? Are the same elements/variables always/often involved? If so, what are they?
Additionally, OS information (including details on whether all OS updates have beein installed) would also be useful information to know.
