When I put in 105 in the X box and 148.5 in the Y box it does not centre on an A4 work page.
Do the rulers have their x=0 and y=0 at the corner of the page?
Do you have "center" selected as the reference for object position?
Select your object or group of objects and Tap the P key.
This will place them at center of page.
