I understand I should use Photo Paint, but what from there
There are several ways to adjust "perspective", also in Draw.You can use Add Perspective... from the Object menu, or Envelope, and also Straighten Image if it is a bitmap.It depends on what you want to do, and what type of objects you are working with.Please give us some more details.
