Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this:
Colour dropper selected to fill, pan into an object using the mouse scroll wheel, and then most of the content on my page disappears, leaving a small rectangle which appears pixelated and distorted. If I use the scroll wheel pan again, it shows me a different rectangle! Not happening every time, but now has become a common occurrence. Have to close CorelDraw and just hope that it has saved what I was working on (have lost a bit of work which is frustrating!!)
Oh and of course I get the random crashing - working away and CorelDraw just randomly closes - would love to know how to avoid that too if there are any secrets out there :)
Thanks in advance for any input.
Do you have the LATEST Update 3 (goto menu > Help > About CorelDRAW...) would be Version 18.104.22.1685.
If not, Help... Updates...
Try that and see if it helps. If not, update your video drivers... makes sure Windows updated.
I'd put all your hardware/software specs and version numbers here for others to help.
Thanks @timd1971, its a 2 month old computer, bought specifically to run CorelDraw 2019. Yup, CorelDraw is updated, updated Windows this morning, will look into the video driver updates - thanks for the tip.
