Hi
My 2019 workspace has taken on a cream tint again. I had this problem when I first downloaded CD 2019 onto the PC, though not my laptop. The issue was only rectified with the kind intevention of David Millstock, who, after exhaustive inspection, established a missing colour profile. The workspace stayed white for several months and then quite suddenly, last week, it went cream again.
I haven't touched Colour Management or any other settings. 2018 continues to show white, as did previous versions, on the same machine.
Thanks, Colin
When this happens it's usually an update that changed the video profile.
What do I do now? Attached are my 2019 colour management settings (document and default) plus the Missing Colur profile box. The settings seem to be as they were.
Thanks as always
Timd
Many thanks - I'll try that. Query though - why are none of my other programs -including Cdr 2018 - being affected? I'm led to believe that 2019 is unusually unstable.
David
Yes that's me (in the UK) You were tremendously helpful. Have you had the knee op yet? Hope it all went well.
You won't be surprised when I say that Cdr 2019 is the biggest pain in the neck I've ever experienced.
All the best, Colin
Yes sorry I couldn't be more help double knee replacment and pain meds have hampered what's left of my brain. Went in Wednesday at 7AM discharged Friday 11:30 AM.
Here's to a rapid recovery. The rest of us need people like you and Timd.

HA! well... not me, I can make life a living hell. ; ) Swap me out with Eskimo, very useful indeed.
Glad you got it sorted out.
You're too kind, Tim!
I appreciate the people - some with very different experience than mine - who share their expertise here.
