Object Manager Docker - Missing

Hi all,

We buy in our company new Corel Draw 2019 graphic suite. Unfortunately can´t find Docker for Object Manager ( for add new layers and work with them) any guess what could be wrong? I already reset all settings in Corel, but nothing help. Still is not there.
