As of today, 1/27/2020 (may have been sooner? Was supposed to be 12/01/2019), I have noticed that the UPGRADE option is officially gone for Windows users. It is now SUBSCRIPTION or FULL VERSION DOWNLOAD / BOX PURCHASE ONLY:

Let's see what happens. : /
When I look there, I still see Upgrade being offered.
When I click on the "Upgrade Eligibility" button, I see this:
That doesn't match the sort of "upgrade to version n only available to those who already have a license for version n-1" policy that is what I understood would eventually go into effect, based on some posts made by Corel personnel here on the Community forum.
USA HERE:
If I click UPGRADE (Not FULL VERSION (nor SUBSCRIPTION TAB)), then BUY NOW, no longer the option to purchase UPGRADE, but forced SUBSCRIPTION now (or go back and purchase FULL).
OK, I don't know what that is even supposed to mean.
There's a tab there for Subscription. What's the point of having an "Upgrade" button on the Buy tab, and having information about "Upgrade Eligibility"?
