So frustrating! Every time I am working on a project and go to change a color, add an outline to an object, import a clip art or just random things, it crashes! Is there a fix for this!
Yeah... that's just what 2019 does. Does it on the majority of systems with the same triggers. Corel won't fix it. They will simply try and blame your computer or you. They will literally find any excuse they can to say it's not their fault, but we all know it is. 2019 is a lemon. Either suck it up and deal with the crashing or start using Illustrator. That's literally your only option.
Well that blows! I really do not want to learn a new program but may be forced to.
What I do is still run 2018 and use 2019 only where is works. March is coming so we may see something soon
What a raquet. Too bad there aren't any lawyers here that use CorelDraw to stop this INSANITY! HA!
Makes you wonder how they stay in business anymore.
There is a 30 day money back guarantee... if your within it, you might want to call and return it. If v2020 redeems itself (which probably no chance), then move on to that.
Like David, and I'm sure a LOT of others, I work mostly on 2018, especially for more complicated files. When I do work in 2019 I invariably save a 2018 copy alongside 2019 just to be on the safe side. Lost far too much work with inexplicable crashing..
I, for one, will be very cautious about going anywhere near the next version when it comes out[ presumably in a few weeks.
Since I fell for Upgrade Protection for $99 USA each license, I will obviously be testing v2020.
I depend on CorelDraw, and Corel knows that. But like many, can continue to use older stable versions like X7, 2017 & 2018 ... obviously as long as future versions of Windows allow that. Corel is banking it doesn't so we are forced to purchase newer future versions. Just amazing these days.
