Is there a way to put a dot, hat or bar over text. For example, I want to enter the letter v with a dot, hat or bar over it.
Not automatically that I know of, just draw a dot or bar and place over the text. You just have to remember it's there if you move the text. Sorry that's all I got.
Yes You Can by creating a vector shape, convert to curves, then copy the item. While typing, paste the item with the cursor flashing. You may need to adjust by kerning and so forth.
Thanks. I can do that, although it is a bit laborious. I wish Corel Draw had a way to enter mathematical constructs using Latex or Mathedit.
Thanks but I did not really understand your suggestion (I am an occaisional and not very experienced Corel Draw user - especially with 2019).
Type your letter "v". Then draw your dot or bar and place it above. Group the two and then place it in your text. It will fit easier if you convert the "V" to a curve (Ctrl+Q) first. Hope that helps.
