i have a licence Corel Suite 2019 on a old windows 7 computer. I want to transfer it on an another computer using windows 10. I uninstall Corel on the old computer, i go to the website account to link off this old computer from the licence. Then i install corel 19 on the new computer, install is ok. At the first start, when i arrive to the start menu, i must enter e-mail account and password of my corel account. i'm sure of these informations but i have always an error (may be internal error one time, or network error another time or something else). So i can't enter into Corel. (in the same time, i have a look on the Corel account and my licence is always free of any computer). If i try to install again corel on my old computer, all is ok and the ID of the computer appears in the licence control panel on the website after my first start.
Anyone have an idea please ?
because Corel support is a nightmare and offers no solution.
