Corel Draw 2019: can't edit bitmaps anymore / Bitmaps können nicht mehr bearbeitet werden

Hi.

Cannot open/edit bitmaps in Corel Draw 2019 (Graphics Suit) anymore.

Error message: "VG Core: Serveranwendung konnte nicht gestartet werden" (EN: VG Core: Serverapplication could not be started).

Any ideas??? The start with F8 did not  help. Corel Photo Paint 2019 works and can be started at Windows 10.
