Is it possible to move or copy a page between files?
No, not in an easy way, as far as I know.Best way is probably to Import.Create an empty page at the end of file A and make it the active page.Import file B and use Spacebar to position it in "original position".This should add all pages from file B to the end of file A with all objects and layers intact.There is one problem though: Page sizes are not preserved, which means that you may have to correct them manually if they differ between files.
