With Corel Draw 2019 no printers show up under Tools > Options > Global > Printing > Driver Compatibility
This problem was supposed to be fixed with the upgrade patch 3 but it has not been fixed. I have tried on 3 separate PCs.
Here is a link that shows that you should be able to select printers.
