When I purchased CD19 and previous versions I installed the program to a PC with Windows10 from a downloadfrom Corel. I bought a new PC which can run Windows 11, but while all other programs (Word, Photoshop, etc) transfered to the new PC, Corel did not. My latest 'hardware' was a Draw7 disk. Any suggestions?
Did you uninstall CD19 from the old machine?
CGS controlss thr number of copies you install.
If you still have the old PC uninstall CGS using the Control Panel. Make sure you have an internet connection while you do this. If you don't have the old PC you;ll have to talk to Corel support...
There used to be a Corel site that you could download the install files for older versions, if I remember correctly Ariel posted it.
Thank you. If I log into my Corel account I can see the different versions and their serial numbers purchased and installed. However, the last two versions were downloaded from the Corel website. The old PC still has the the program running. I tried installing the Very Old CGS 7 on the new PC, but it was just hopeless. I think I do need to get in touch with Corel Support, which is getting harder and harder ...
Ariel? Who is Ariel, apart from the little mermaid. Do you have a suggestion to find this?
If the old computer still works, start it up with and internet connection, make sure you launch Draw and that it's longed on to your Corel account. Then uninstall Draw.
On the new computer you should be able to go to you account and download and install.
If you can't do that call customer service.
