any way to get only corel draw and NOT photo paint etc?

still using X5 and works fine with windows 10 (esxcept it wont show thumbs or menu bar details). Is there any way to get a newer version but only want corel draw,

Not photo paint and all those other programs I will never use? Is the microsoft store version only subscription. odd they wont tell the price. still a student version out there?
