Atleast users,
Can someone show me of your benefit from Ghost appearance of the Powerclip?
Its wrost and wrost thought
Why i am going into the powerclip, to work of my desired elements only, why i need to see the outside elements?
Besides its consuming much time, if a page consists of many powerclips.
Wrost and wrost and wrost i would say
I believe there may be cases where it is good to know also where surrounding objects are when editing a PowerClip, that's probably why.If you don't like the ghost objects, they can be switched off by adding a string in Registry:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Corel\CorelDRAW\22.0\Draw\Application Preferences\PowerclipAdd a new string and name it EditDisplayWithPageContext and set its Data value to 0 (zero).
Ronny sir, truly there is no cases of such. Its consuming much time to render if the document consists of so many powerclips. Its truly a disturbing thing introduced by corel developers.
Forget it Ronny, you can't please this guy. Trust me, been there. I don't like Sushi, therefore, there is no possible use for it. get rid of it, stop making it, stop eating it. lol
No matter what the subject I have never been able to figure out what this guy is talking about. As far as powerclip Corel certainly has some weird defaults but I have kept a mega slow poweclip test file I use and 2020 has a significant improvement in performance.
This is a long-standing complaint. Here is one related thread; there are more.
powerclip - ghost - worsttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt and ruins the corel.
Agree. and I do agree with pkg_sriram I think I was the first to point it out when it first appeared in CorelDRAW. It is atrocious!!!!!!! But...
... Ronny Axelsson had the registry solution. Yes, it would be best if Corel could let us toggle it easier in settings.
This is just yet another annoying thing that must be dealt with by Corel and their infinite list of bugs etc.
thank you timid, atleast you noticed its atrocious
