Trying to import a Word file, I get asked to install compatibility pack which I did. Then, I get "invalid filter". Tried restarting and using an exe file someone posted for Corel 2019. Same result Any ideas?

Yeah, cloudcovert.com is ok but one would think corel could import Word -- seems essential.
My X7 lists it as an option but never tried it. We have word soI just open in there and save out as pdf. Corel doesn't seem to recognize some of the formatting and things can get all kinds of crazy. I also use a macro to change the line spacing to inch instead of pt.
I just tried to import a docx file and got the same error. I'm still running WIN7 and Office 2013. Office opens the file just fine.
Windows 10 Pro, MS Office 2016 Pro, CD 2020 installed compatibility pack and it worked fine.
