Hello guys, I'm experiencing this problem since the update to version 2020, I used to work with the x7 and x8. When I try to open any .PLT file, an error message appears saying "(...) The open document has fonts not available, the following fonts have been selected as substitutes". Even with the suggestion of PANOSE, the document does not open, only a small text appears on document written "JOE". As I said, it didn’t happen in the older version, I even tried it on another Windows 7 computer I have here, installed the 2020 version but 32 bits, it works fine, so I tried to copy and install all the fonts from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but it also didn’t work .
This is the window that appears right after opening the file, I'm sorry, it's in Portuguese, but what is written is basically what I described up there. Can anyone help me with this problem?
