What you're seeing is X5 here. All I have an option for in 2020 version is convert outline to object, but I'd have to edit a lot of nodes to round off multiple curves.
I don't want to keep going back to X5 to do that & then export to 2020. Can someone show me where this option is?

2020 still has an Outline Pen dialog:
One way to get there is by clicking on the Outline Pen command that is normally present on the Status Bar in the default workspace:
Another way (at least, in the default workspace) is to use the F12 shortcut key.
Another way to access some of those settings is through the Outline section of the Properties docker. Note that one part of this is by default collapsed, and can be expanded by clicking on the little drop-down control.

Checking it again, for the Outline Pen command in the Status Bar, clicking isn't enough. It requires a double-click.
It gets you the same dialog as F12.
