Can't open PNG files in CorelDraw

Hello All,

Strangely, when I try opening a PNG file in Corel Draw I get a message saying it can't open it. In fact, there's no PNG format listed under All File Formats. Why would this be missing? I can't import it either because File>Import is greyed out.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
