How to disable the upgrade popup

I have no intention of ever upgrading from Corel 2021, but I keep getting these annoying popups asking me to upgrade. Last time it happened I opened task manager and saw the it was a program called CUH.exe (Corel Update Helper). When I stopped the task the popup disappeared. The file is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\CUH\v2\

Anyone know if it's safe to delete this file? THX!

  • I believe you should be able to get rid of all (?) popup messages by deleting a specific folder and replace it with an empty text file.

    In "C:\Users\ < your username > \AppData\Roaming\Corel" there is a folder, "Messages".
Delete (or rename) this folder and create an empty text file with the same name instead, i.e. "Messages" without the ".txt" suffix.

    Should take care of it.
