Simple file. 6,080.0 mm x 3,080.0 mm. Rectangle and eyelets with frame. Let's try to rotate everything 90 degrees. Oh, what happened to the sizes? 6,045.0 mm x 6,080.0 mm ????
Where did some of the eyelets get lost?
Everything is sad. Servicepack, where are you?
You can try it yourself. Yes... on previous versions - of course - nothing like this is observed.

OK,Did many tests. This ONLY happens with PERFECTLY ROUND circles. All other shapes work fine. There is a definitive bug here.More tests will be done. May take some time to come up with an update. Very sad but meanwhile, you can try converting the circles to curves temporarely. Thanks so much for reporting this issue
When you say all other shapes are those shapes curves?
Shapes like either custom or rectangles, polygons, or common shapes work just fine. No issue noted.Only the PERFECT circles react this way.
That's interesting I'll have to think quite a bit, polygons, stock shapes being handled differently than circles (stock shape), there must be a reason for that. You'd think that shapes all handled one way and all curves handled one way, Who knows?
Thinking back as far as the difference in handling stock circle shapes differently than circles as curves, I'd bet dollars to donuts it's always been that way.
Yeah! Pretty strange. Ellipses and circles... Exact same tool. Only the end result on the page is different. The integrated settings (prior to curve conversion) are exactly the same...
I always say CorelDRAW speaks Canadian.
The worst part is the status bar doesn't indicate if it's an elipse or curve just the object name. Like that's important!
It doesn't mention if it's a square or a rectangle neither...I am canadian... Still doesn't help us, too. Just like anyone else...
The property docker has different icons for elipis and curve.
It's a busy week for me a big sign project, my daughter's 36th birthday and my 50th anniversary. Just the top of a very long list.
In my semi-retirement I thought I'd have more time for my habits. BS!
Ok I rebuilt a file and when using ellipses my rotation was of a few thousands of an inch when converting to curve it was perfect. Using perfect circles with accuracy set to 3 decimals.
I tried the same thing...To create the issue, I selected 2 or more 'perfect' circles, that I tossed around, rotated, etc. Once rotated, I selected a different number of circles and rotated again. It's chaos. I couldn't find them anymore. Then CTRL+A (select all) and converted them to curves. They actually reappeared, but somewhere else!
Now I'm sure that I'm the oddball but in my opinion when you draw a circle by default it should be a curve instead of the elipse.
Many years ago they did shapes to provide a feature and screwed something up, how Corel of them.
