I recently purchased my first subscription based CD 2024. Upgraded from a bought CD of X8.I downloaded 3 free packs to add to the collection but only one actually worked the way it is suppose to. Two of them I downloaded, installed and then I couldn't find them. They have been removed from the list of packs to download but I can't find them anywhere on my system (Windows 11).
Has anyone else had this happen or any suggestions as to what I need to do.

Not sure but I believe they should be downloaded to \Documents\Corel\Corel Content by default.

I looked in there too. When I downloaded the file it explained where to find it but it's not there. I also noticed that under dockers my Connect docker is missing so I can't access that either, there is an assets docker which I think is the Connect docker under a different name. I upgraded from X8 and it didn't have a lot of the new features that 24 has, It's like re learning all over again.Thank you for your help.

Yes, Assets has replaced Connect.Sorry to hear you still cannot find your downloaded file.
Thanks for the reply Ronny, I have even used system search to see if they went to a different folder and it didn't find anything. I guess they're stuck somewhere between the CD server and my Computer..
