White Patches in Powerclip and Focus mode Though kept all of them are invisible.

Is the artwork on dark grey desktop? 

i always use dark grey desktop

i want mainly focusing on desing only.. of having white my eyes are getting strained.  though whatever my personal settings.... the white patches are not good, when i set to 0 it will not be appeared at all 

We all have different ways of working.
I personally would find it very hard to work against a dark grey background.

Since the fade effect is made by adding white (instead of transparency) to the objects, I guess there is not much to do about it.
Maybe you could try to use something like 20 - 50% visibility instead, which would tone down the contrast against the grey, at least for most objects.

truly very much bothering of this, very much consumption of memory, since i use most of them are powerclips.  truly very much bothering 

Another idea (which I assume isn't what you are looking for, but anyway):
Why not create a rectangle with the same size as the drawing area, give it the same color as the desktop and then lock it.
Work inside the drawing area on the grey rectangle and when you go inte Edit PowerClip mode (or Focus mode), the dark grey will be lighter and the contrast against the out-of-clip-objects will not be so intrusive.

I doubt it.
The only thing you can do is to decrease visibility by adding white in Options (or Registry).
Guess they chose white instead of transparency to avoid strange effects where objects overlap, plus that transparency probably would have affected performance.
