How do I close all the windows when right clicking on icon and chose "Show All Windows"?

Hi,

I am trying to close all the open windows when I right click on the icon and choose the "Show All Windows" option.

All the open windows show up and when I click on one it opens. I tried closing window and closing tab and I can't get them to go away. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program (for an unrelated issue) and they are still there.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
