Colour Separation

We are doing Flexo printing for pharmaceutical vendors. The above job contains 7 colours typically CMYK, P1+P2+P3,  Now before sending the job to plate maker I just want  visualize the possibilities of  colour separation in different ways, For example One way to print  simply CMYK+ three pantone mentioned in the artwork, Second way is to print CMYK+ P1, here P2 and P3 shall be accommodated  in CMYK, Third way is using  special colur  Brown for Tablet with screen of Black+p1+p2+p3, Forth way is to print CMYK+ P1, here P2 and P3 shall be accommodated  in by P1+cmyk,

Now my question is Could I view all the separations in corel draw and decide which options suit to me in optimum manner without increasing colour too many and keeping printing quality intact by precise registration?.
