imported an image (vectorized, with a transparent background) - When I stretch this image (it's a border for a horse stall plate) to fit the plate it loses its proportion - stretches out. how to keep the barbed wire border in proportion when stretching it to fit the document
coud you post a sample? at least an image
OK, I understand now. There's not any "automatic" soution, the best way could be to crop a segment and use it as Artistic Media brush, then it will follow the shape of the rectangle. Other way is just repeat this segment manually around the object.
Here's a video that might help. You can break apart curves manually, it just takes some time.
