I want to make all the white but many non-continuous areas AND the background of a document transparent with key commands. Does anyone know this? I have a document which shows up as black and white but I want to remove the white so it doesn't show up for sublimation printing on dark. I only want the black area I have designed to show up reversed as white on the dark printing surface. Thanks much, J J
"Color Mask" in Photo-Paint allows one to select non-contiguous areas of similar color.
Hi Eskimo, I am aware of the tool. I just remember that when I was using Coreldraw 12- I was able to use the color mask 'magic wand' tool and while hovering over a particular area of color (white) a little champagne glass would appear and then I hit a key ( the #2 key or the shift key) and all the same colors (white) on that document went transparent. So that's what I can't remember how to do. And someone on Corel Community answered that for me several computers ago about 8 years now. I took a phone pic of the instructions at the time and then of course that phone fried. The command made it so much easier when I had hundreds of non-continguous white areas in-between say the black shapes to make transparent. Thank you, J J
