I have purchased CorelDRAW Subscription (365 days) For Windows; though the email said that I should get it within two days the most. That was three days ago and I haven't still got it.
Despite repeated emails to Coreldraw, the only respond I keep getting is the ticket submission. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with CorelDRAW.
I think it's time CorelDRAW get its act together, we don't have time to chase behind for my product after paying. It would have been more ethical if CorelDRAW have warned me before the purchase. Very unprofessional! Bad customer experience. Will share this on social too so that others don't get ripped off.
I have been using CorelDRAW for a while now; but my fellow industry professionals warned about CorelDRAW and its customer care, and was advising me to switch to Adobe instead (which is the industry standard here in Australia).
Now I am forced to get my money back.
A total scam.
It is still a terrible customer support experience!
Hi Stephen,Have you tried the following?From this URL page below;www.corel.com/.../Under "Search Knowledgebase for Corel Products", type Thumbnail and read on solutions proposed and see if this helps.
Nothing helped I'm afraid. I shall wait and see if Customer Service ever respond.

The latest ticket is 3367983, but I haven't heard back from them yet and don't hold much hope of anything useful coming from it. But, I am very willing to be proved wrong.
The previous ticket, 3255458, was closed without completing after 3 emails which were not answered.
Have you tried re-associating your extension to the program you wish ? e.g. CDR to CorelDRAW or whatever your extension Thumbnail is which you have not clearly specified. (Using Right-click > Open with...Did you delete your thumbnail cache?Do you still have "Corel Graphics - Windows Shell Extension" installed and available in Add Remove program?
