You cannot convert jpg into cdr, because threre are two different systems, bitmat and vector. You must import the file into Corel Draw and then use a funtion called tracing: Raster - Tracing (quick, center line etc.). It will draw vector along picture.
Thanks a lot, and what about pdf format I also have a pdf of it?
Pdf: cut out or copy from a PC monitor into jpg and then follow what I was written about tracing. Or this picture is very simple so I would put it into vector Corel and then be using a pen to draw around.
Can you share the PDF file here on the forum?

Hi, I have inserted it here is that ok?This image should be lazer-cut on a tin plate, the master requests a cdr file to do the job. I thought there will be a way for converting it on-line but now as I see - only a CorelDraw application is able to do it and I have no idea in it.
I can import the PDF file into CorelDRAW.
I was asking about the PDF hoping that the design would be vector information, but it isn't. It is a bitmap.
As Jised described, you may be able to use the tracing tools in CorelDRAW to get vector information that is based on the bitmap.
