I have a list of items, say Line1, Line 2 and line 3. I have another item that marks the center for a punched hole on the plate - Hole 1, Hole 2 and Hole 3. If there is no item to populate the Line 3 field, I want the Hole 3 not to be printed on the plate. Currently I mail merge to populate the Line ? data and manually delete the drill point (Hole ?) when the data line is empty. Is there anyway for Hole 1 to look at Line 1 and only print when Line 1 is populated?
