I am trying to transfer a seat of Corel Draw 2018 from one computer to another. It was uninstalled from the older computer. When trying to install into the new computer I get an error message stating the serial number is already being used on another computer.
I contacted Corel support on Tuesday via email, Wednesday via chat and today via phone with no results other than some follow up emails. This should be very easy to resolve. This is very frustrating.
You may be able to log into your Corel account, see what machines they think you have that license installed on, and then deactivate installations there if necessary.
Hello, I did that. We have 2 seats of Corel Draw. Both are registered in my account. The only machine listed is my computer with my seat. There is nothing indicated for the other seat.
That's all I could think of to suggest, other than Corel support. I hope that they resolve this for you.
