I have two images open.
I want to add one image to the other as a layer.
I can do that but the second image is too big.
I try to find a handle to make the image smaller but there is not handle.
How can I do this please?

I have tried to use the Corel User to User forum with no luck. I am registered but forgot pwd and does not send email to reset.
I try to register again and it says, email in use.
Why make things so hard.
you may have a corrupt file my friend. try deleting and re-importing it.
I tried different files and still no handle on top/bottom/sides. Only on corners to change dimension.
