How can a font be missing in EVERY file I open?

Why do I get "substitute missing fonts" message with every (and I mean 'EVERY') file I open in Coreldraw? If I open a file I made 5-10-15-20 yrs ago it will tell me that the font is missing. If I open a file I made yesterday it will tell me that the font I made the file with is missing.
